BIG W Digital Propositions
As BIG W evolved their digital website, this brought an opportunity to review, revise and revitalise the toolkit and to make new and refreshed propositions come to life. We were presented with an opportunity to reimagine each interaction we have with customers when they shop with us and be able to inject some personality by bringing through BIG W’s tone of voice and look and feel.
I developed all iconography for BIG W services including a new colour theme and new and updated icons with illustrations as supporting content.
Home Delivery
For BIG W’s Home delivery offering we were presented with the challenge of how to differentiate each option clearly to customers. Together with the marketing manager we came up with new icons that played on the speed theme - truck, sports car and rocket - in this way being able to inject some life and fun into the comms to customers.
Pick up
BIG W’s Pick up offering also followed the same look and feel. The Direct to Boot and Pick up in store icons follow Woolworths Group guidelines.
I managed the roll-out of the new suite of icons throughout all channels including EDMs, website, catalogue and other bespoke content.
